MP visits BHT and pledges support for increased commitment to tree planting

Edward Leigh MP for Gainsborough visited our Snitterby nursery at the end of May 2018 and met with our Director, Andrew Henderson. Mr Leigh perused our stock, administration and despatch operations before discussing the finer points affecting a local business such as ours as we strive to achieve continued success towards our 30th year of trading.

Mr Leigh spoke of his continued aims to support local businesses in his constituency, and made particular encouraging strides to support us in our aim to ensure there is an increase and commitment to further increases in tree planting across Britain pre and post-Brexit. Mr Leigh stated he was keen to ensure there was a proper regime in place to encourage growth in tree planting numbers post-Brexit.
