If you're considering planting trees to increase woodland cover or build up timber resources, more funding help is at hand from the Grown in Britain (GiB) Forest Carbon Scheme.
The first GiB forest was planted in Dorset in 2014 and the organisation are looking for other partners who are interested in planting woodland. Projects must cover at least 3 hectares of land, although if the project is smaller, it may be considered if there is sufficient public or environmental interest.
To register your interest or to find out more, please contact Grown in Britain on 0117 958 2189 or email [email protected].
