We are currently seeking to recruit for the following roles:

Sales Administrator (Key Account)

The appointed person will be responsible for the processing of key sales accounts and working closely with the sales administration team to ensure the efficient despatch of orders for those accounts.

The appointed individual must:

  • Possess a natural ability to communicate
  • Be organised
  • Demonstrate excellent IT skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to work closely & professionally with key account customers and internal staff

The business is seasonal and would require near full-time hours between October and April, however reduced, more flexible hours can be offered out of season if required.

Sage Accounts Clerk

Self-Employed, Part-Time

The appointed person will be responsible for the management, administration and submission of our VAT and Year-End accounts using Sage.

Flexible working hours to be agreed.  Currently, typical business needs demand an average of 2-3 days on site per calendar month. However, as our business is seasonal, this may be heavier between October to April than May to September.

Must be experienced in Cash Accounting, Sage Line 50 (currently V24) and Excel to enable the production of appropriate reports.

Typical duties include:

  • Manually entering supplier invoices and new supplier details
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Importing of sales invoices and new customer details
  • Filing of paperwork as appropriate: Paid/Unpaid; Entered on Sage/Not Entered on Sage
  • Data back-ups, journal adjustments, bank reconciliations, petty cash and expenses
  • Completion and online submission of quarterly VAT returns
  • Completion of Year End on Sage and collation of all confidential documentation
